Ken Bailey was first elected Greene County General Sessions and Juvenile Court Judge in 2006 and continues to serve in that role.  He also presides over the Greene County Recovery Court.  He has been involved with the Greene County Anti-Drug Coalition for several years and is a strong advocate for helping people access Alcohol and Drug Treatment.  He is a member of the National Association of Drug Court Professionals and the Tennessee Association of Recovery Court Professionals.

Wendy Peay is the Executive Director of United Way of Greene County.  After receiving a Bachelor of Science from Babson College in Wellesley, MA, Wendy devoted 30 years of her career to nonprofit management.  Wendy is active in the Rotary Club of Greeneville and enjoys spoiling her two granddaughters with her husband.

Robert Locklear M.D.

Originally from eastern North Carolina, Dr. Locklear received his medical degree from Duke University Medical Schoolin Durham, North Carolina and completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. In addition to his practice, he has served as the Medical Director for numerous healthcare-related facilities and services in the Greeneville, TN area. Robert and his family have been a part of the Greeneville community since 2002. Robert and his wife Sarlenna are the proud parents of four children, RJ, Clarence, Kya and Haven.
